Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a deposit before work being started?
YES. A 10% deposit is a standard practice in many industries, including electrical services. The purpose of a 10% deposit is to establish a level of commitment and provide assurance for both the client and the electrician. From the client's perspective, the deposit confirms their intent to proceed with the project and allows the electrician to allocate resources and schedule accordingly.
Is the 10% deposit refundable?
The refund-ability of a 10% deposit typically depends on the terms and conditions outlined in the contract or agreement between the client and the electrician. In some cases, if the project is canceled before work commences, a portion or the full deposit may be refundable, minus any non-recoverable costs incurred by the electrician.
